Overview

CourtVisionAI is an AI-powered basketball skill assessment tool. We collect only the information needed to generate your scouting report and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

Assessment inputs: age, gender, height, weight, position, experience, and the answers you enter during the combine. These are stored in your browser session until you complete or leave the assessment.
Analytics events: anonymized page views and funnel events to help us fix bugs and improve conversion. No personally identifiable information is attached.
Purchase data: Stripe handles all payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers or payment tokens.
Premium report recovery (30-day retention): when you start checkout, we save a copy of your combine answers, Basketball IQ answers, and player details on our servers so your paid report can be reopened in a new tab or after a refresh. This copy contains no payment details, is linked only to your Stripe checkout session, and is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after purchase. It is never readable from the public API — only our server can retrieve it, and only after Stripe confirms your payment.

Connected accounts (OAuth)

CourtVisionAI may connect to external services such as Gmail and Reddit through Composio, our third-party tool/action layer.

Gmail and Reddit connections are admin-only. Only the CourtVisionAI owner can authorize or use these integrations.
OAuth tokens and account credentials are held by Composio, not by CourtVisionAI servers or source code. We do not store API keys, OAuth tokens, or provider passwords in the app.
Gmail content is used only to draft or perform actions that the admin has explicitly approved in advance. No message is sent automatically without a separate, explicit approval step.
Reddit data and actions are likewise limited to admin-authorized workflows and are never used for public posting or automated engagement without explicit approval.

You can disconnect a connected account at any time through the provider’s own security settings or through Composio’s dashboard.

How we use your information

We use assessment inputs to calculate your scores, generate your free and premium reports, and recommend drills. Anonymous analytics help us understand where users drop off in the assessment funnel so we can improve the experience.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the app (for example, Stripe for payments and Composio for admin-only tool actions), and only under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

Your rights and deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or revoke any admin-authorized connection, by contacting us.
